Invite Gate

When enabled, new users must have a valid invite code from an existing member. Jace registers first as User #0, his friend code becomes the seed.

Festival Bypass

When ON, mythoscope.app/festival bypasses the invite gate so talk attendees sign up on the spot, and auto-tags signup_source='festival'. The window is the festival-2026 cohort's expiry (6/13 → 7/13). After expiry or toggle-off, /festival reverts to invite-required.

Onboarding Defaults

A new user's first mythogram, routed by friend-presence at signup. Changes propagate to the onboarding flow without a code deploy.

Cohort Batch Issuance
